From the entire Windsor Parke POA, Happy Holidays!

To our Homeowners & Residents:

2018 was a great year in our community.  Winsor Parke realized great appreciation of value as detailed in our annual meeting by our resident and realtor with Florida Homes Mike Burdian. The community is looking great and our board is committed to projects that will keep us as an elite community to live, own and work in. The board was able to hold the association fees stable with no increase for the coming year. As a reminder, the 2019 board meeting schedule is posted to our website. If you are not able to attend meetings you are able to share your thoughts or concerns utilizing the “Talk To The Board” link on our website.

Updates to our monument and marquis are almost complete with only a couple of small touches left. To quote one of our residences it looks  “Absolutely stunning, and makes me feel proud again to live in Windsor Parke”. I could not agree more.

Due to contractor schedules the board decided that the long debated Open Creek Island project would not start during the busy holiday season.  The project is set to commence Jan 2nd. It will take several weeks to complete. There will be times where Windsor Park Dr. between Richmond & Hanover Park Drives will need to be limited to a one-way road. There will workers directing traffic. We are very happy to finally take on this project after years of urging from the community to retool the island.

Related to the Open Creek project we previously approved repair and retooling the sidewalk. We had not received any cooperation from the city on resolving the underlying issue. Recently the city has been reviewing the issue for us. We are awaiting a decision on what the city feels is the issue and how they may correct it. We should have an update in the near future.

To our Board & Committee Members:

Thank you for the time and service you’ve spent away from your careers, families, friends, and life in general. Without you, it would be difficult to continually improve our community. Your commitment to volunteer as an POA board member or volunteer is a testament to your desire to make our community the best it can be.

To our Vendors:

Thank you for your continued professional service and hard work. We rely heavily on our vendors to make us look good by keeping work at an honest price and completed in a timely manner. For all you do, we thank you and hope 2019 is and even better year than 2018 was.
